Chocolate Cake with Strawberries On Top!

Next time someone you know is having a birthday, why don't you suprise them by baking and decorating a simple chocolate cake with fancy candles and sliced strawberries? Just follow this recipe, lay cake on cake board, get some strawberries (I used about 4) slice them in half (length wise) and arrange around the cake. Add in the fancy candles and there you have it.

Hi there, I love the foods that you shared here. This cake and the carbonara pasta all look so appetizing. Happy cooking and thanks for visiting me :)

So, I baked a cake for a friend yesterday using your recipe and it was yummy-licious. Question: When you make it, is it a little crumbly?
I also had leftover ganache that hardened in the refridgerator, but I realized that it made perfect truffles. I rolled them into little mini balls and John is enjoying them just like chocolate. I say it's healthy, because at least it's dark chocolate. :-)

noobcook: Your welcome! Can't decide on which recipe to try yet from ur site.
JJS: Haha...yes...gave u guys a sneak peek first
Viv: Wow! U tried it...Well it's not a very moist cake so I guess it can be a tad bit crumbly but not too crumbly. I have a moist choc cake recipe which I have yet to try. Will post it up once I give it a try!
