Recently I had a brand new addition to my family. Introducing my spanking new Ikea Roasting Pan which I am absolutely in love with.
The first time I roasted a chicken, I used a tray and found that the skin didn't brown as well as I had hoped. Then came my quest to find a pan with a rack so that the juices could drip down. I knew the next time I roasted a chicken I just had to have that gadget. My sis recommended this and today it sits in my kitchen waiting for more action to come.
I don't go mad for Ikea products, but I do realise I have mentioned them quite a bit on this blog including this double boiler which I use to melt baking chocolate and butter whenever I bake plus this white serving dish which just makes anything I place on it look super pretty.
